Piotr Z. A company worth recommending. Professionalism at every stage, from ordering to pickup. Although the delivery time was initially 6 weeks, the windows were ready for pickup in just 3 weeks. I picked them up personally at the warehouse in Cieśle near Oleśnica. They were safely prepared for transport on a stand, and the loading took only 10 minutes. Initially, I was supposed to pick up the windows loose, but that wouldn’t have been a problem, as the friendly warehouse staff offered assistance. I will definitely return with my next order in the future, as the pricing is also much more advantageous. It’s a pity you can only give 5 stars; I would gladly add another 5. Shopping with this company is a pure pleasure, and the level of customer service is unparalleled. The window configurator is outstanding and incredibly simple to use. At every stage after placing the order, there was information on who was handling it and what stage it was at. Additionally, there is a dedicated order manager who remains in constant contact with the customer. The delivery was flawless, and what was most surprising in the end was the quality of the windows. I recommend Fenbroker. The order and transport were completed quickly. I knew the windows would be good when I ordered them, but the execution exceeded my expectations.
