No, you can only purchase windows in the calculator. We do not provide installation services

Yes, however, this applies only to those who order windows with transport within Poland or with personal collection.

The price of transportation within Poland depends on the size of the window. The shipping price list for orders to other countries depends on the value of the order. Check the price list

If you need an item not available in the calculator or additions to the window (such as hidden hinges, frosted glass). Contact us and we will manually add this item.

Up to 48 hours after payment, you have the opportunity to change the order (we will individually determine the conditions) or cancel without giving any reason. In the event of a cancellation message, we will immediately refund your account.

When the goods are ready for shipment, we will contact you by email to inform you of the delivery date.

NOTE!

We would like to remind you that to the production time of a particular window, you should add a maximum of 14 working days for the delivery of goods.

For orders over 3500 PLN, the delivery date is determined in advance.
For orders under 3500 PLN, it is possible to choose a convenient delivery date.
The windows will be delivered by one of three transportation methods:

By bus up to 3.5 tons,
solo truck up to 8 tons,
tractor-trailer truck,
Depending on what means of transportation will be able to reach the specified delivery address.

The unloading of goods is not in the service standard. The unloading of windows is your responsibility. After unloading, you must check carefully with the presence of the driver whether the goods are not damaged – this is your responsibility.

If the window is damaged in transit, this must be described in the order confirmation document.

Read the warranty terms and conditions

The order is collected from our warehouse in Cieślach. You have two weeks of free storage. At the site, the pallet with the windows will be loaded with a forklift with the help of a warehouseman on, for example. Your car or bus. The driver, on the other hand, is responsible for securing the goods themselves for transport.

We begin to charge the storage fee 14 days after receiving the “Receive your order” email. This fee is 1% of the order value for each week started.

Payment at fenbroker involves prepayment of 100% of the total order.
