Basis and purpose of processing
Your personal data including your first name, last name and e-mail address will be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the form of marketing activities concerning the Administrator’s products or services. The legal basis for processing personal data is the provision of Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance, hereinafter: RODO), which allows for the processing of data when it is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the Controller. The purpose of data processing is to conduct marketing activities for the Administrator’s products or services.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the Administrator’s marketing campaign, no longer than 3 months from the date of collection.
