Hello. I purchased windows from Fenbroker, and I can recommend this purchase. The company has a very intuitive and convenient pricing program, it’s worth using before choosing your future supplier. In my case, the quote was the lowest for the same window profile system. As for the order handling, it was at a high level—I was always informed about whether the order had been accepted for processing and about its subsequent stages. The windows arrived intact, well-secured on a pallet. Regarding the quality of the windows, they also seem to be very well made in my opinion. I hope to remain satisfied after a few years as well. One area where the company could improve is shipping, specifically the relatively high delivery cost.

The ordering method is outstanding. I ordered just one window, but using the configurator allowed me to quickly and efficiently customize it. The window ordered through the portal was significantly cheaper than the one offered by the dealer. The execution was very fast. Communication was flawless. The window was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The configurator needs some improvements, but it is already a useful tool. Importantly, for aspects not covered by the configurator, a consultant calls and helps finalize the order. I recommend it.
