Up to 48 hours after payment, you have the opportunity to change the order (we will individually determine the conditions) or cancel without giving any reason. In the event of a cancellation message, we will immediately refund your account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The order is collected from our warehouse in Cie\u015blach. You have two weeks of free storage. At the site, the pallet with the windows will be loaded with a forklift with the help of a warehouseman on, for example. Your car or bus. The driver, on the other hand, is responsible for securing the goods themselves for transport.<\/p>\n

We begin to charge the storage fee 14 days after receiving the “Receive your order” email. This fee is 1% of the order value for each week started.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
